Table Tennis can be classified as a major sport worldwide, with millions of participants, major tournaments (with its own superstars), and many other aspects that make a sport truly a class of its own. As a sport that emphasizes endurance and reflexes above simple size and strength, people of all ages and genders can play on an equal field.
Playing Table Tennis requires having great hand-eye coordination. It’s the back-and-forth sport with a ball that travels up to 100 miles per hour. At Golden Dragon we teach students how to become an excellent table tennis player. We also teach students how to handle the pressure, and make them understand the same importance of success and failure. The habits developed early by playing Table Tennis will influence a child’s ability for the rest of their life.
